Salary: £34,996 per annum pro rata

Job Purpose

The postholder will actively work with Ayrshire Railway Preservation Group (ARPG) to promote, develop and communicate the vision of conserving and operating heritage railway assets for the benefit of the community.

They will support to navigate and implement change arising from current and future service delivery. Ensuring a positive and proactive approach through strategic planning with major capital projects, improve of facilities, enhancement of visitor experience, and secure long-term sustainability.

Rate of Pay

Hourly rate: £26.92 per hour. Hours of work will be 25 hours per week. Flexible working pattern available / hybrid working.

Onsite access Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday. Occasional weekend and special events may be incorporated into working agreements.
